For more than three decades, Hilary has lived and worked in the Washington, D.C. area. She is a top choice of many DC area residents because of her understanding of the value and appeal of neighborhoods. With an emphasis on representation of both home buyers and sellers in the communities of Chevy Chase, Bethesda, Glen Echo, Rockville, Silver Spring, and Northwest DC, her intimate knowledge of the region resonates with first time buyers and families searching for the perfect home.

As the mother of three school aged children, Hilary is knowledgeable about the area's school districts, religious organizations, sports clubs, community events, festivals, and other family-oriented activities.  She is a long-standing participant of the Parent Teacher Association (PTA) and is actively involved in numerous other neighborhood groups.

In the past five years, Hilary has been responsible for nearly $10 million in real estate transactions, including home sales, purchases and rental properties.  She takes great pride in repeat business from clients, as well as the referrals she has received after successful transactions.

She is an avid user of social media and active in online communities such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Hilary also authors the popular blog "At Home in Bethesda" which has attracted more than 20,000 readers to her posts about life, school and real estate in the community.

Hilary is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Maryland Association of Realtors (MAR) and the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors (GCAAR).
