Kate and Kevin Brennan are a husband and wife team working together in the Bryce Resort area of Virginia.

Resident in Basye-Bryce Mountain we can help you explore this beautiful valley within the Shenandoah Valley in your search for a vacation home or a full-time home. Bayse-Bryce Resort and Bryce Sun Air have underground utilities and great telecom connections so you may find yourselves enjoying the peace of the mountain and telecommuting from your Bryce Getaway.

Our private airport (daytime operations only) is VG-18, SkyBryce Airport. The Lodge and ski slopes, golf and tennis are walking distance from the Airport. We have, we think, the only fly-in public-library! The Resort is known for its excellent sports training: golf, snow and grass skiing and boarding, tennis and swimming. Hiking trails abound in this area adjacent to a beautiful George Washington National Forest. Mountain roads make for stimulating bike riding and the Old Dominion Endurance riders bring their horses here once a year at least.

At home in Bryce, you are 2 hours or less from the DC Metropolitan area and approximately 1:30 hours from Dulles Airport, 40 minutes from Shenandoah Regional airport with regular shuttle flights into Reagan National Airport.

Kevin and I have traveled the world: Europe, Central Europe, the Middle-East, South America, Africa, South Africa, North Africa . . .  We can help you if your native language is English, French, Spanish or Portuguese and can understand if you speak Italian or Czech or Arabic. We look forward to helping you find your home here on Bryce Mountain.

" Kevin saw me through the loss of my partner of almost 30 years, downsizing, and selling the house. He provided more than mere realtor services. Kevin arranged for a contractor...and otherwise connected me with necessary tradesmen. The whole transaction went very smoothly without any problems."
