Simon’s interest in property began early in his career, starting out as an assistant property manager in Australia. Some years later he acquired a multi-family dwelling and partnered with an award-winning architectural firm to build his first commercial building in 1980, leasing two floors not occupied by his financial services business.
Simon is a proven leader with over twenty year’s engagement with executive and senior management teams in the US, UK, EMEA and Australia. A serial entrepreneur with experience in financial services, insurance, technology, property development, project marketing, property management and related technology, Simon has been the lead stakeholder and CEO in 18 startups, multiple mergers, acquisitions and successful exits -- with a few failures and a lot of lessons learned.
With a curiosity and a demonstrable insight into people, business, and organizations, Simon is an Accredited Mediator and Certified Professional Coach. Born in London, with years spent internationally, Simon has lived with his American wife in The Little City of Falls Church, Virginia since 2013. Throughout his career, Simon has always strived to provide his clients with innovative ideas and exemplary client service, leading to transformational outcomes that simply matter to his clients. Simon enjoys complex transactions and has a knack for bringing together the necessary resources to enable their success and ultimate benefit to his clients.

Simon led PrimeLink and its associated entities in creating and managing a diverse investment portfolio. Simon was Founder and CEO of FPD Ledgerwood, a boutique property marketing business -- a strategic alliance between First Pacific Davies in Hong Kong and Ledgerwood Project Marketing Sydney. FPD held a 20% equity in Savills at the time prior to the Savills’ move to the FTSE 250 London Stock Exchange in 2000. Contemporaneously Simon was also Founder and CEO in a specialized property firm working with financial planners providing direct property investment solutions to their high net worth clients.
