Before joining McEnearney, Tammi had a long, distinguished career in law firm management and served as the Director of Administration for Washington’s largest law firm. While there, Tammi was a key member of the team responsible for negotiating one of the city’s most celebrated real estate deals, the firm’s relocation to CityCenterDC.  In 2012 this deal was awarded “The DC Leasing Transaction of the Year” by the Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Association of Greater DC.

" My wife and I were extremely fortunate to acquire the real estate services of Tammi Curran. From the time of initial meeting through final settlement, Tammi was actively engaged with our process. She went above-and-beyond by regularly making a long trek from Annandale to Ashburn, in order to personally meet with us to assist with preparing our home for sale, hosting well attended open houses, crafting a realistic sale price, and a smart approach to managing offers. " I met with Tammi Curran last September to discuss the sale of my home in Fairfax Station. I wanted to have the house ready for the Spring sales market and needed to begin the process of downsizing for my next move. Tammi suggested a timetable that was tremendously helpful in allowing me to meet my goal. She thoroughly researched the sales in my neighborhood, and after touring my home, she told me that she was confident I could get a much higher price than the most recent comps. Even though she was out of town attending her daughter's college graduation, Tammi took the time to call the Association Manager to try to resolve the open issue. Since we still had furniture in our home, Tammi made some great suggestions for rearranging the furniture, and she brought some decorative items that gave the house additional pizzaz. Long story short, in mid-April the house went on the market on a Friday and we accepted a wonderful contract that Sunday evening. It’s a given that selling a house can be a stressful process. Tammi helped us navigate those waters providing suggestions and solutions that made the experience manageable...and yes, at times, even enjoyable.
